So, lately, I’ve been on this whole “being a good student” thing. It’s actually working out fairly well; unfortunately, I never quite realized how much work goes into actually doing all the work a typical college student is assigned. And a fucking lot is assigned. Dammit.

Other than schoolwork, all I really do is play Halo 2 on Live!. Seriously, that’s really just about all I really do. I have absolutely no life. Now, this is something I’d be more-or-less okay with if I didn’t live in a place that bugged me as much as the dorms do. The fact that it’s impossible to ever get to sleep before 2:00am is one of the biggest kickers for me. The only times where you’re guaranteed a good night’s sleep is during Thanksgiving or Easter break when everyone is gone. That’s when the dorm life is good (because 99.9% of the inhabitants are gone <3).

Speaking of the dorms and the number of days until I can leave them (I have a nice mental countdown going - 140 days). Unfortunately, I’ve run into massive problems with getting enough loan money to actually secure an apartment from May ‘05 - May ‘06, which could be a severe problem. Apparently even though my bank accepted my loan request, my school only allowed them to give me about a 1/4 of the money, and that all went into my student account, which means I can’t actually use it. It just stays there and gets substracted from any extra semester balance. That won’t help me get an apartment secured now though. So lovely. I fucking hate people.

Next on my agenda: 24. Season 4 fucking rocks. If you don’t watch it, I will come over to your house, strap you in a chair using barbwire, and then pin your eyes open while I run the first four episodes in an infinite loop. This loop will continued uninterrupted until episode 5 airs at 9:00pm on Monday night, at which point you can watch that live (with commercials), and once the episode has finished, you will then continue the 4 episode loop, until I can download the fifth episode, and enter it into the loop. This process will continue until the season is over, at which point I will release you. Unless Season 5 starts very soon after, in which case I’ll air the entirity of Seasons 1, 2, and 3 until Season 5 starts up.
